Journal Club highlights

Sea squirts have hearts. But they're really simple- they have just one chamber (we have four). I doubt they were aiming at irreducible complexity creationists, but Mike Levine's group at Berkeley have shown that overexpression of one key cardiac transcription factor results in a fully functional two-chambered heart in Ciona Intestinalis.
