I've been loving lists lately so here are the best shows I saw in 2005:
5) Marumari (this may have been the end of 2004, but close enough)
4) Professor Murder
3) The Lucksmiths
2) Animal Collective
1) The Juan Maclean (twice, actually, and both shows were superb)
And the worst shows?
3) The New Pornographers (who I love by the way, but the show was boring and wiffle ball was calling)
2) The Fiery Furnaces (seriously, fuck them)
1) Kid 606 (again, I love the guy, but yuck)

If there was a list of the best wiffleball games of 2005, that would be the best one, ironically enough. what ho!
